Perbandingan Latihan Passing Bawah Bergantian dengan Bermain Terhadap Peningkatan Keterampilan Passing Bawah Bola Voli

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh latihan passing bawah bergantian dengan bermain pada cabang olahraga bola voli. menggunakan metode eksperimen “pre test post design”. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah siswa SMK Bina Putra Banjar yang berjumlah 30 orang. Instrumen digunakan tes (Nurhasan, 2014). Berdasarkan analisis data SPSS 22, hasil pengolahan menunjukkan bahwa lebih pengaruhnya dibandingkan terhadap peningkatan keterampilan Banjar. Saran: Latihan meningkatkan sebaiknya sedangkan sebagai alternatif tujuan adanya variasi latihan.
